Dear Parents/Guardians:

With the start of the new semester we are hitting the ground running preparing for Catholic Schools Week and the Fr. Stan concert. See the reverse side of this letter for the schedule for that week. We have a short letter for you this week, but one item is of very high significance, so please address it as soon as you are able.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. We need all of you to please schedule a tuition agreement appointment with either Fr. Robert or me. IT IS IMPERATIVE WE HAVE A ROUGH IDEA OF OUR ENROLLMENT FOR NEXT YEAR BY FEBRUARY 24.

Please…enroll your children early. Father and I thank you so very much for taking care of this.

Remember, if you haven’t purchased your Fr. Stan Fortuna concert tickets, please call the office. If you have young children who will be sitting on your lap, you DO NOT need to purchase a ticket for him or her. Also remember Fr. Stan will be saying the 9:00 Mass on January 25.

Scholastic Books Clubs' ClassroomsCare Program informed us that we are one of the two-hundred winners of the "Care Where You Are" Sweepstakes!  Our school will receive ten 50-Book Libraries for the students to decide where to donate the books within our community—and we thank Mrs. Herrboldt for her work on this.

Please mark your calendars, the Living the Catholic Faith Conference has been changed from March 6th to February 27th, so we will hold school on Friday, March 6th. Thus, there will be no school on Friday February 27th.

The game that was scheduled with Pawnee on Monday has been rescheduled for Thursday, January 22nd. Come cheer on the Bobcats!

The school is participating in the Nestle Pure Life Go Play Champion! Also, please save your labels from the Nestle Pure Life water bottles and bring them in the school so we can earn points.

As always, we give thanks for the kindness of others. Thank you to Joe Jordan for his donation of calculators and to Duane Lambrecht for the storage boxes. Also, we appreciate the work of Adam Rose and Tom Bedford who designed and upholstered the new padded seating for the teams and scorekeepers. Be sure to check them out. Thank you, gentlemen!

May God bless you and keep you and your families. Continue to pray for us that we may serve God as he intends for the remainder of this school year, as we continue to pray for you.

Pax et lux,
