Dear Parents & Guardians:

It seems only yesterday that horrific chain of events that transformed our world occurred seven years ago! We take time today to give thanks to the Lord for the gifts and blessings of life He has given us, and to thank Him for our protection since the fall of the two towers.

We had a good turn-out for the PTSO meeting Tuesday night. Remember, regularly scheduled meetings will be held the first Monday of every month—the next one is October 6. I would like to thank the following people for volunteering their time and talent as our newest Executive Committee members: Marcie Henry as Vice-President, and Amber Lightle as Treasurer. Jeff Brekel is our secretary and Kathy Timmerman is our president. Also, thanks to Becky Japp who will help the treasurer by taking care of the Bulletin.

Remember, the St. Anthony Gala, scheduled for Saturday, September 27. Please see the attached letter which provides more details. We still have Gala and dinner tickets available in the school office for you to purchase or sell. With everyone’s help we can make this event a huge success!

Again, remember, Safe Environment training will be held Saturday, September 13 at 9:00 am; and in Ft. Morgan at St. Helena’s Saturday, September 20 at 10:00 am.

Please make note when bringing tuition payments to the school to make your checks payable to Saint Anthony Catholic School, and when mailing your tuition payments to Smart Tuition please make your check payable to Smart Tuition. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Information sheets for the school directory were sent home and need to be filled out and returned to the school by Thursday, September 18^th. If you do not return your family information it will not be printed in the directory. Please return promptly.

When your children bring cold lunch to school, please make sure that they have a healthy lunch. It is a long afternoon and they need something that will hold them out until they get home from school.
